What information we receive
This website has no form and does not receive enquiries or photos. Pressing the WhatsApp button only opens a conversation; it does not send the suggested message. If you choose to send a message, the workshop will receive the information you provide, such as your name, vehicle details, a description of the damage and photos. You can also contact us by phone or email. Please do not send personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
If you contact the workshop, we use the information you send to respond, assess the requested work and prepare a quotation at your request. These steps are based on pre-contractual measures requested by the person concerned. If work is accepted, necessary information is processed to carry it out and, where relevant, meet legal invoicing obligations. We do not use these messages to send advertising.
Retention
The website does not store messages or photos. If you send an enquiry by WhatsApp or email, the information is kept for as long as necessary to respond and follow it up. It is then deleted unless needed for legal obligations or possible claims. If work is carried out, the related records are kept for the periods required by applicable law.
Providers and external services
The website is hosted by OVHcloud (OVH Hispano SL), which may process technical data needed to serve and protect its pages. We use Gmail and, if you choose that channel, WhatsApp to communicate. If you press 'Load Google Maps', your browser connects to Google. These external services process information under their own policies and may transfer it internationally using the safeguards described there. We do not sell enquiry data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data by writing to talleresgarcilaso@gmail.com or the postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). We do not make automated decisions about messages you send us.
